Description

This Winco TWP-90P Allergen-Free Flexible Turner provides a specialized solution for kitchens prioritizing food safety and cross-contact prevention. The tool features a signature purple polypropylene handle, making it immediately identifiable within an allergen-aware color-coding system. Its 8.25″ x 2.87″ stainless steel blade is precision-ground for optimal flexibility, allowing chefs to slide under delicate fillets or thin patties without damaging the product.

Its offset design is a key ergonomic feature for high-volume commercial cooking. By elevating the handle, the design keeps the operators hand safely away from hot griddle surfaces and pans while providing a better angle for flipping. The polypropylene handle is slip-resistant and shaped to decrease hand strain during long shifts, ensuring consistent performance.

Constructed for durability and sanitation, the stainless steel blade features a professional satin finish that resists corrosion. This tool meets strict safety standards for commercial use, ensuring that it can withstand the rigors of a professional kitchen. The solid-but-flexible blade construction makes it a versatile choice for a range of tasks, from serving portions to managing delicate ingredients on a flat top.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Suitable for medium to large food service operation facilities and institutional kitchens that implement formal allergen management programs
• Maintenance Advice: Dishwasher safe for efficient cleaning. To preserve the satin finish and blade integrity, avoid using highly abrasive metal scouring pads and ensure the tool is completely dry before storage.
