Each burner has a two-piece design with lift-off heads that make them extremely easy to clean. The hot plate also features one trouble-free manual heat control valve per burner and uses a standing pilot ignition system to start up.

The front, sides, and top ledge of the hot plate are constructed out of stainless steel making it incredibly durable. It comes with heavy-duty cast-iron top grates that will withstand the bustling environment of a commercial kitchen for years. Its also equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs to provide you with a comfortable working height of 13 inches.
