Description

The Scotsman CU3030SAX-32 30″ Prodigy Undercounter Ice Machine is engineered to maximize output while maintaining a compact footprint in high-traffic kitchens. It produces up to 329 Lbs. of small cube ice every 24 hours, providing a steady supply for busy beverage services. The air-cooled system is designed for efficiency, utilizing an environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. With its 110 Lbs. built-in storage capacity, your staff will have quick access to fresh ice during peak hours without needing a separate bin.

The AutoAlert control panel provides clear communication regarding operating status, allowing your team to monitor performance through a simple interface. To further enhance reliability, the WaterSense adaptive purge control manages scale buildup automatically, extending the duration between required deep cleanings. Every external panel is finished for a precise fit, ensuring the machine remains a professional addition to your equipment lineup.

The CU3030SAX-32 comes ready for installation with 6″ adjustable legs and a 6′ power cord included. Designed for the rigors of a commercial environment, the stainless steel evaporator and compressor are built for longevity under demanding conditions. This self-contained machine provides a reliable solution for businesses that require high-volume ice production without sacrificing valuable floor space.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Suitable for medium-sized restaurants, cafes, or bars that require a consistent supply of ice for up to 150 guests daily.
