Since 1845, Fissler has been dedicated to cooking. For 180 years, our goal has been to inspire and delight passionate cooks with Cookware. Now we are transferring our expertise in design, aesthetics, and stainless steel into a new product category. To mark our 180th anniversary, we are inspiring ambitious home cooks and absolute professionals with two knife series that include the ideal tool for every cutting task: the Fissler ProCut Collection. Together with our partner from Solingen, the heart of German knife craftsmanship, we offer the right tool for preparation. Because cooking does not start on the stove. The Fissler ProCut Collection offers the ideal cutting tool for all common cutting tasks. The manufacturing process of laser cutting enables the use of particularly hard blade steel with 59 HRC. This allows the blade to be ground thinner and makes it extremely sharp. At the same time, we place the greatest value on comfort while cutting: the thumb recess and handle structure of the Fissler ProCut Collection ensure the correct hand position and particularly good grip, while the low weight makes fatigue-free work possible. This makes the Fissler ProCut Collection ideal for cooking enthusiasts who want a balanced combination of long-lasting sharpness and effortless handling when preparing their food.Fissler ProCut 3-piece Set includes:
