This soup bowl from the Balance collection by Churchill provides an elegant yet simple backdrop for food presentation, where the whiteness of the Alchemy fine china and a clean, modern shape let the menu take the spotlight. The crockery range lends itself especially well to contemporary fusion and pacific-rim style cuisine. This bowl will stand the test of time in a busy catering environment as it offers superior strength thanks to a high alumina content and a fully glazed foot which helps prevents damage when stacked.
