This Guacamole ProKeeper is airtight and prevents guacamole from browning 3 times longer than standard containers. To secure extended freshness, press evenly on the easy-grip handles attached to the airtight lid to remove excess air. The multi-purpose vessel also works great for storing and serving other dips and appetizers.
