Prevent dangerous bacteria from spreading during prep with the Hygiplas white high density chopping board. With a width of 305mm, this chopping board provides space for everyday food preparation whilst being flexible for use in compact spaces.

Made from high density polyethylene for impressive durability, the cutting board is specifically designed to withstand the demands of the fast-paced commercial kitchen. The non-absorbent surface is also very easy to clean, helping ensure that you always prepare food in sanitary conditions – the board can be cleaned in a dishwasher, too.
